- To see stock levels, choose one of each of the available options. We try our best to ensure stock levels are accurate.
- IMPORTANT- PRODUCTS SITTING IN YOUR CART CAN BE BOUGHT BY OTHER CUSTOMERS UP UNTIL YOU FINALIZE PAYMENT. THIS IS A COMMON FEATURE IN ONLINE STORES TO PREVENT CUSTOMERS LOADING UP A CART AND REMOVING STOCK ONHAND YET NOT PAYING FOR IT. WE RECOMMEND YOU FINALIZE YOUR ORDER AS FAST AS POSSIBLE WHEN THERE IS LIMITED NUMBERS AVAILABLE.
- PAYMENTS -BY CREDIT CARD- you can pay by credit card through our secure PAYPAL system. In this way we do not have access to your credit card details in anyway and they are not stored on our website. -BY PHONE- you can choose to pay for your products by phone, choosing this option creates an order, securing your items. Please contact us for payment within 24hrs during normal business hours. -BY BANK DEPOSIT- you can direct deposit into our bank account. Please email or call us with other possible solutions.
- SIZE CHOICE and COLOUR CHOICE need to be chosen to see the 'amount' in stock and place it in your basket.
- Delivery Information - We use Australia Post to deliver your orders. This includes tracking information. See Shipping and Returns
- Availability Information - We take pride in our wide selection of products. The majority of the products we offer are imported from Germany and the Netherlands. Some items may be 'temporarily out of stock' in our Australian warehouse, this item may be in transit to Australia and arrive within a week or it may need to be specifically ordered from our European Warehouse. Please email us for availability of stock not in our Australian Warehouse. --All products should be considered as Limited Editions unless they are defined differently in the product description area.--
- Temporarily out of stock - This means that it is presently not available in our Australian warehouse yet 'may' still be ordered for import which can take between two to three weeks if the manufacturer has it in stock at their European Warehouse. See above-'availabilty information'.
- Jodhpurs vs Breeches(plus Bootleg)- There is presently no International consistency in regards to what a Jodhpur is defined as and what is defined as Breeches. Many state that breeches are defined by the lower leg ending at the lower calf and Jodhpurs ending at the ankle which is why many European Brands define their 'bootleg' riding pants as Jodhpurs.
